Refund policy

You have [14/30] days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

 

To start a return, please contact us at macksimpson83@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are:

  • Covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
